This project will support the purchase of pronoun tags for student identification badges, access to webinars for students on equity and inclusion practices, and attendance at the LGBT Youth Conference for students in order to create a more inclusive and equitable environment at
Sterling High School. This project will allow for systematic incorporation of the acknowledgement and respect of pronouns and gender identification, access to resources for students on inclusion practices, and access to a conference specifically designed to engage students in learning about LGBT+ issues and how to be an ally.
