Sequoia Beauchamp will participate in Orton-Gillingham training through the Institute for Multi- Sensory Education. She will gain knowledge of the science of reading and structured literacy. Learning will take place virtually with 30 hours of formal training and through personal book studies. This professional development will allow her to support her students in reading instruction that aligns with the tiers of the Center Elementary School response to intervention program (RTI).
