Rebecca Meinhardt will collaborate with her colleagues at Murphy Elementary School to raise awareness about the diversity of the school through an Inclusion and Diversity Fair. During the fair, participants will engage in activities that provide opportunities to experience what it might
be like to navigate school with a disability. Additionally, this project will support the creation of a diversity library, which will house resources for teachers and students on diversity, inclusion, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
