Kitty Douglas and her partner teacher will attend the National Energy Conference for Educators, which is designed to provide classroom teachers with expanding instruction on energy and energy issues. After attending the conference, both educators will use what they learn to provide students with lessons on energy and energy issues and share their new knowledge with their colleagues. This experience will provide both students and educators with the information they need to inform their research and learning around energy use policies and practices.
