Keri Kreft

Keri Kreft will lead in the development of an inclusive and comprehensive mentoring program for West Central Area School staff that will include mentoring and professional development for early career teachers, paraprofessional staff, and substitute teachers. This program will enhance retention by providing peer-to-peer opportunities for mentorship and professional development. This project will provide the resources needed to compensate those providing mentorship and training, to purchase resource materials including professional literature and media for staff, to furnish meals for training days, and to compensate professional facilitators to lead workshops.
