Kelci Anderson recently took a new position as a Literacy Resident at the Title I elementary school where she teaches. She is using this opportunity to learn as much as possible about literacy at the elementary level and will use this grant to take two online courses (the Comprehensive Virtual Orton-Gillingham training and the AIM Pathways to Proficient Reading course) to build her pedagogical skills. In her position, she works with both staff and students at the elementary level. She will put this knowledge to work with both groups.
