Gina Cavanaugh

Gina Cavanaugh plans to attend the Conscious Discipline Institute which is an interactive workshop that will build on the concepts and principles of Conscious Discipline with real examples, real practice and real connections. Gina has a personal goal to gain a deeper understanding of the content and the tools needed to increase self-regulation, sense of safety, connection, empathy and intrinsic motivation in her early childhood students. Gina’s school already uses conscious discipline, but at a very basic level. She hopes to share what she has learned at the workshop to build on what already exists in her school.
