Donna Spangler

Using grant funds, Donna will purchase Subme licenses for middle school educators in her district. Subme is an online community that allows educators to share videos and interact on discussion boards to share in learning. Using it, educators are able to take “walks” to visit another’s classroom virtually. Professional development will take place through learning from one another as well as the self-reflection one gains from seeing their own instruction on video. Donna is excited to improve her coaching by receiving feedback from the educators who are part of the Subme community.
