Abigail Dutcher will participate in BRAVE Yoga Teacher training so that she can bring stress-relieving tools to students and educators in her school. Some of the ways she will use this training to support her school are by developing brain breaks activities, yoga segments for staff, de-escalation activities for students and a yoga club/class for students. She believes that these activities will help address the social and emotional needs of her school community which have been strained during the pandemic.
